5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled as a pending order.
If the customer later wishes to return an eligible product after delivery, the applicable conditions in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy will apply.
